Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
We offer free standard shipping on all Pre-Paid orders.

Delivery Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will initiate a claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
